A company that collects and trades personal data about people who are not its direct customers — people-search sites, marketing-data firms, ad-tech vendors and credit/identity data firms.

GDPR Article 17 (right to erasure) in the EU/EEA, UK GDPR in the UK, the revised FADP in Switzerland, CCPA/CPRA in the US, PIPEDA and Québec Law 25 in Canada, and the Privacy Acts of Australia and New Zealand. The legal basis is chosen automatically from your region.

No service can guarantee that — brokers control their own systems. We submit legally grounded requests, track every reply, keep evidence, and re-check on a schedule so removals that lapse are re-submitted.

Brokers only act on requests from the person or a documented agent. The signed Letter of Authorization is what lets us act on your behalf — without it, requests are simply rejected.

Sensitive fields are encrypted at rest, identity documents are encrypted before storage and deleted after a short window, row-level security isolates your data, and nothing sensitive is ever logged. See the Security & Legal page.

When a broker form uses a reCAPTCHA or a Cloudflare Turnstile widget, our engine solves it automatically through a captcha-solving service, so your request goes through without you. Identity checks and document uploads are not automated — those become a clear task on your dashboard for you to complete.

Yes. You can manage or cancel your subscription any time, and revoking your mandate stops any requests still in progress.
